In no event shall vipcustomboxes.com or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not vipcustomboxes.com has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide products or services that you order from vipcustomboxes.com or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from the mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. in no event shall vipcustomboxes.com be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.

Payment, Order Placement, Cancellations:

All prices on this website are mentioned in US Dollars or USD. Vip Custom Boxes starts working on your order as soon as the payment is made for the order through an authenticated payment channel.

You are required to fill out the form of products and services through soft or hard copy. which states what the customer needs us to do. No changes can be made after the printing task has been sent to the press. After proof approval, you have a time duration of 4 hours to cancel the order but the cancellation will result in 20% being deducted from the total payment for the order. You may also cancel an order after 24 hours against a deduction of 50% from the total payment. The deductions are to help us cover the costs of any wasted resources after starting work on your order. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Cancellation is also not possible if delays arise due to circumstances beyond our control. This also goes for shipping processes that are beyond the control of the company.

Return and Refund Policy:

You are required to inform the company of any faults in the products within 2 working days of receiving the product. In case of any faulty printing, we will reprint the order but the money will not be refunded. Our management team goes through extensive checks to make sure that products are satisfactory. It is the customer’s responsibility to send us a photo of the defect within 7 days at their own expense for us to reprint the order.

At least 99% of the product is to be returned to qualify for reprinting within 10 business days after delivery. Urgent orders have extra charges which are non-refundable.

Proofs and Color Accuracy:

Order placement includes a form of products and services that the customer is required to fill out that states exactly what the customer wants us to do. The customer needs to approve the form which includes the final artwork and job specification sheet. It is the customer’s responsibility to go through all the details mentioned in the specification sheet because once we get approval from the customer, the task is sent to the press. Turnaround time after final form submission is mentioned on the site. Vip Custom Boxes is not responsible for any requirements beyond those mentioned in the specification sheet.

Color accuracy and density are not guaranteed, screen proofs only predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement. Vip Custom Boxes tries to match the gradient density of colors in duo-tune. Matched proofs can be ordered by the customers of the duo-tune. Lamination of products can affect them or change the final printed color appearance. Vip Custom Boxes is not liable for the color appearance of a laminated product(s).

The final product color is taken from the artwork and design submitted by the customer and no guarantee is given that the color will be an exact match due to limitations of the printing process and the type of ink that is used. By placing an order, you automatically agree the Vip Custom Boxes will not be responsible for color inaccuracies in the final product. No reprints are done for such color alterations which are caused by system limitations. A guarantee is given for color if a customer demands hard proof before the final printing. Hard proofs are charged extra by Vip Custom Boxes.

Customers Content:

All artwork and design images are required to be in CMYK format and a minimum resolution of 300DPI otherwise Vip Custom Boxes will not be responsible for any printing errors like blurred printing or different printing than what you demanded.

Any images, graphics, text, or material to be incorporated into the products is the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to decline a product that might be considered illegal or violates any third parties. The customer accepts all liability after placing the order for the products and materials created in the customer’s’’ direction. Vip Custom Boxes will not print anything offensive, abusive, or indecent.

Vip Custom Boxes may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the case that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Vip Custom Boxes, its users and the public; (e) any conflict with our other clients.

No Liability for Errors:

Vip Custom Boxes will not be held responsible for errors in the final product such as:

• Any spelling, grammar, or font mistakes
• Percolating marks and graphic punctuation
• Cracks in folds, cropping marks, or die lines.
• Overprinting
• The difference in finished product size

*Product is shipped flat and pre-assembled.

Indemnity

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Vip Custom Boxes and all related parties to Vip Custom Boxes against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.

Printing

Vip Custom Boxes has the right to use any printing technique that is well suited to them.

Materials

Please tell us in advance if you require any food-grade paper or card printing. We do not use food-grade material by default.

Overruns Underruns:

Vip Custom Boxes usually delivers the exact number of products but there is a chance of 5% underruns or overruns so if the customer requires the exact quantity of products it is advised to order 10% over the required quantity.

Production Speed, Shipping, and delivery of orders:

Vip Custom Boxes will inform customers of the time required to produce the order once the order placement has been completed. If the customer requires the order on an urgent basis, the customer is required to let us know in advance. Urgent printing usually incurs extra charges based on the nature and quantity required.

Delivery of the product is free and is the concern of Vip Custom Boxes. The customer only needs to pay for the product as agreed in the final agreement.

Vip Custom Boxes does the best it can to make sure that all orders are produced and shipped promptly. Vip Custom Boxes cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to technical difficulties, weather conditions, shipping company delays, customs issues, or any circumstances that are beyond the control of Vip Custom Boxes. Shipping time is calculated based on the estimates provided by our supplier and order history. In case there is a delay in any urgent order, the expedited fee will be waived where applicable.

For orders outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for paying for any customs duty and fees related to shipping. The customer is responsible for clearing any such issues.
